Rocks'n'Diamonds 4.0.1.4 released!

This is another bugfix release which fixes the following bugs:

fixed two bugs with broken sniksnak graphics in Supaplex engine when using warp mode tape replay or quick-loading tapes (introduced in version 4.0.1.2)
fixed bug with playing levels with time limit using the Supaplex engine
fixed cryptic default player names on Android (using “anonymous” now)
